In recent months, we have listened to clients, studied health community guidelines, and have prepared diligently to install protocols that protect you, our highest priority. As we have for more than 35 years as an award-winning, highly rated ground transportation provider, we continue to meet the utmost levels of professionalism and safety.
Our longstanding commitment to bring you safely to your destinations remains unchanged. Additionally, we are following CDC recommendations for safety, as well as applying common sense, including:
- Equipping our fleet with protective plastic barriers that separate clients from chauffeurs.
- Enhanced cleaning practices that meet CDC guidelines using hospital-grade disinfectant. These deep cleanings occur between each ride and at the end of each day.
- Modified engagement with our clients, while remaining friendly and professional. We’ve eliminated contact and are following social distancing guidelines.
- Chauffeurs are being issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including masks and hand sanitizer, which we are happy to share with our clients.
